We will gather together at 6:00 p.m. on Good Friday to remember the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. We will take communion together and spend time remembering why Jesus had to die on the cross.
Throughout the day, we are also asking our FBC folks to spend the day in prayer and fasting for the Easter Weekend. We will provide a sign up sheet with one-hour increments to pray specifically for unchurched people to respond to invitations, for the Gospel to be proclaimed, and for lives to be changed through the power of God! We are also asking FBC folks to consider fasting that day to spend intentional time in prayer for our church and community over the Easter Weekend. Whether you fast food, social media, or something else, challenge yourself to dedicate extra time to prayer throughout this Good Friday.
