Congratulations!

How can I describe it? The words that come to mind are “UTTERLY AMAZING”.” The children had spent so much time this semester learning music and speaking lines, then last Sunday evening only half of our children showed up. In one sense, this tells of the importance of the ministry we offer. On the other hand, the way that the program turned out was a reminder that God’s grace is sufficient in every circumstance. If you had seen the
rehearsal, you would have wondered as I did, how in the world will they ever be able to concentrate long enough to present the musical. But they did. That’s why I say “UTTERLY AMAZING.” The thought fits so well in the biblical principles we were trying to teach through the
musical;
1. God’s timing is always right.
2. God knows the future and every decision is from the Lord.
3. The present is God’s gift to us.
4. God is in control.
5. Our problems are God’s problems. Even while we are asleep, He is working His will in our lives.

Continue to pray for these children and the ministry we have in their little lives.

PREPARE FOR WORSHIP
Genesis 1:1—2:4
In the beginning God…
Psalm 8
O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
2 Corinthians 13:11-13
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ , the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.
Matthew 28: 16-20
Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.

Speaking My Mind
All I can say is Wow! We had such a great time in West Virginia skiing and snow boarding! Thank you for all of the prayers and donations that you have spent on us! Nobody was hurt or got sick on the trip! We got lost a couple of times thanks to modern technology (my GPS or maybe it was the user of it?) any way we made it there and back safely!

Get ready for the youth lock-in! We are going to be coming to your neighborhood looking for can goods for Good Neighbor! So if you have teenagers knocking on your door asking for can goods you can be sure that they are from FBC!

We also have another trip planned for March! March Mission Madness! We are going to FBC Augusta for this mission trip so please be in prayer for us then too!

Thanks for everything that you do to support your youth ministry. These thing could not be done if you did not care about them!
